Under the Chairmanship of Sir Mike Pitt, author of the independent Pitt Review commissioned by Ministers on the 2007 floods, the Forum will examined the resilience of a number of sectors following the difficulties revealed by flooding earlier this year. The Roundtable was featured a presentation by Steve Unger, Group Director for Strategy, International, Technology and Economics at Ofcom, who is leading the new work on resilience in the UK Regulators Network.    Penny Mordaunt MP, who became a Minister at the Department for Communities and Local Government also joined the roundtable as her ministerial responsibilities include resilience and emergency issues.
